The quote of the year
Before the games begin, this is must reading by Mike Freeman of CBS Sportsline.com for more nonsense from our least favorite announcer.
The column is on Carolina guard Reyshawn Terry, who Billy Packer labels as "soft" because, in his estimation, he doesn't know how to play hurt.
And how does Terry, our hero, respond?
"He has his opinion," Terry said of Packer. "Billy Packer has been around the game long enough to know better. Soft? That's foolish. It's offensive to be called that. I try not to let that sort of stuff bother me but I will say that if Billy Packer played in my day, I would bust his ass. It would be a massacre."
One more reason to root for Carolina today.

1 year, 9 months agoWas at the Georgetown game tonight! What a game! With the nice Georgetown win I have all of my final four teams left! So happy that I did not listen to you BB and pick NC over Georgetown. They deflated at the end of the game. They could not hit a shot! BB Don't feel so bad about it my 3 year old only had 3 of the four teams in the Final Four.

1 year, 9 months agoI'm amazed BB hasn't rubbed it in yet. I watched from my tennis clinic. Hope to God that BB does well in his bracket though on the fact that my Dad used his picks as his third bracket. Also, respect is what I give, and BB deserves it after the E8.
