4 months, 1 week agoWe were fouling late, and the kid got away from Derrick so he couldn't get to foul him. And when he did get him, knocked him to the floor and they just didn't call it and I understand why ... Then they make a tough shot.

4 months, 2 weeks agoEverything that had to happen at the end for us to lose the game happened ... If we don't throw the ball away, if we had fouled like we tried to, if Chalmers doesn't make his shot. It wasn't just the free throws. I wish we had made them, but these kids, they're not machines.

4 months, 2 weeks agoI told them how proud I was and I told them they did everything they were supposed to to win a national title ... In overtime they kind of beat us down. I didn't sub a whole lot because I was trying to win the game at the end. I'm proud of them. I'm disappointed in myself.

We got a big break when the three went to two, and nobody knew it at the time. We made so many plays down the stretch and got the ball into our most clutch players' hands.
